Lobster Beer Bottle Opener

Pat and I bought another large lobster(4.76#) on sale for $6.99/pound at Price Chopper. While the water was boiling on the grill side burner, I let the lobster out of the bag for a little walk around the porch. I went in the house for a beer (Killian's with a twist off top) and had the bright idea that the lobster could grap the cap with the crusher claw, I would twist the bottle and end up with an open beer. I cut off the double claw bands on the crusher claw (remember the 6.54# lobster last month Large-Lobsta had the crusher closed with electrical tape because it was so big). After a few alignment attempts and one wrestling match to get the bottle back when the lobster grabbed onto the glass neck, the cap was grabbed hard, bottle twisted and opened successfully! The cap was bent up pretty good as the lobster continued to squeeze on it after the bottle was off. All in good fun. I thought about keeping the lobster as an opener, but we couldn't find a magnet big enough to suspend it from the refrigerator door, so into the hot water it went.
